Volunteer with Fuertza: Be Part of Lasting Change

Fuertza is a non-profit organization founded in Ghana in 2025. We believe architecture and education are powerful tools for community transformation. Our mission is to promote inclusive development in underserved regions through social architecture, urban innovation, and gender-responsive programs.

We're Looking for a Volunteer Communications & Social Media Lead

Are you a creative communicator passionate about social impact? Fuertza is calling on young, brilliant storytellers to join us in shaping narratives, building visibility, and amplifying civic voices across Ghana and beyond.

We’re seeking a volunteer Communications & Social Media Lead to help us:

  • ✔ Manage our social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter)
  • ✔ Develop creative content that tells our story and promotes our mission
  • ✔ Boost our online visibility and engagement
  • ✔ Support campaigns and amplify the work we do within communities

Ideal for: Early-career professionals, communications students, or passionate creatives looking to gain experience in the non-profit and development space.
